Safeguarding
The Safeguarding Department is committed to fostering a secure and supportive environment for all members of our institution, including children, young people, and staff. We prioritise the well-being and safety of all individuals and we are dedicated to protecting them from harm.
To achieve this, we undertake to:
-Identify and support individuals facing challenges or who are at risk of significant harm; collaborating with relevant agencies, authorities, and professionals.
-Deliver comprehensive safeguarding training to all staff, ensuring awareness of their responsibilities and knowledge of abuse types and indicators.
We regularly review and evaluate our policies, procedures, and practices to ensure their effectiveness in safeguarding children and adults, making adjustments as necessary.
This commitment underscores our department’s unwavering dedication to the welfare and protection of all individuals within our institution.
